The Liverpool Gin Distillery will open on Castle Street this year
Liverpool Gin is to open a new distillery, complete with two bars, a Gin Lab and a Bartender School, on Castle Street towards the end of 2018.
The £1 million development, owned by Halewood Wines & Spirits, will enable gin fans to learn how to make the spirit themselves in a specially designed Gin Lab. Visitors will be able to choose their own botanicals and distil their own bespoke gin to take home.
